iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C are just round the corner. The rumoured next-generation iPhone and cheaper iPhone respectively, are expected to be unveiled on September 10. As the date approaches closer, we’re seeing a new leak almost every day.
While the next generation iPhone, the iPhone 5S has made several appearances, a new hands-on video offers a good look at the Gold/ Champagne colour variant of the phone, which has been recently making headlines. The video, posted by AppAdvice also features the Blue coloured variant of the much talked-about low-cost iPhone or iPhone 5C.
The video features the back panel of the iPhone 5S in Gold colour, revealing a much subtle Champagne colour. It compares the iPhone 5S shell to the Black/ Slate and White/ Silver coloured iPhone 5 in the videos. The iPhone 5S is almost identical to the iPhone 5 with the only physical difference being the pill shaped dual-LED camera flash. The Gold colour iPhone features White strips at the top and bottom, similar to the Silver iPhone. The phone sports Gold colour at the side edges and at the bottom, as well, in line with previous leaks. The iPhone branding on the iPhone 5S also features thinner fonts compared to the branding on the iPhone 5.
Turmoil amongst samsung executives?
The rumor of Apple’s new iPhone 5S being made available in a light Champagne Gold color only surfaced in the last few weeks. As the rumors began to slowly turn into credible news, Samsung executives went into emergency meetings. The end result was an official statement made yesterday that they’ve decided to build a line for producing metal cases, e.g. magnesium and aluminum, in Gumi plant by the end of this year. The Korean report provided a photo of a metal case suggesting that Samsung will likely offer their future metal backed Galaxy smartphone in Gold.
Well, all that hoopla surrounding the iPhone 5S/5C launch seems quite exciting to geeks like us. The rumor mill is leaving no stone unturned to correctly predict the feautres of new apple flagship. Can’t wait to see getting things official? Well, wait for the judgement day i.e. September 10th .
