Google Now is Google’s super-intelligent application that takes information from you and gives you enhanced results. It just basically learns from you. Ever since the service debuted on Android devices with the launch of Android 4.1, Google Now has received lots of positive reviews and has been dubbed as the most intelligent assistant for mobile devices by a majority of the users. It just figures out what information you might need, without you even telling it. Genius.
When the service was initially launched, people had a hard time getting it. Because, manufacturers took time to push the 4.1 update to their devices and there were even reports that users managed to install Google Now onto their Android 4.0 devices, but minus the voice functionality. Another major concern was iOS availability. All over the internet, there were people demanding Google Now for their iPhones and iPads, and finally, Google replied to them.
Google has now made the Google Now available for iPhone and iPad users as well. Open up the Google Search app and swipe up to access the new, advanced feature. It has the same functionality as it’s Android counterpart, except for the widgets because iOS doesn’t support it just yet (iOS 7 is just around the corner).
